9 MORE DAYS!!!

I am getting so darn excited! We have 9 more days until our big wedding day and I just can't wait. We have been engaged for almost two years, like one year and 9 months to be exact, so we have been waiting that long to be married and now it is here. Fred and I have just been so blessed with meeting each other. I just feel like the good Lord knew that we were perfect together. We have so much fun together and he is my best friend. I am just so lucky to have found a great guy like Fred! We have everything together and ready to go. I am taking the programs to get printed today. Fred and I still haven't heard back from the house people which is very very frustrating but we are just going to be patient because we are getting a really great deal on a pretty nice house in a great neighborhood. So what more could you ask for?? The only problem is that we are going to have to come home from our honeymoon and live with my mama and daddy which isn't the most ideal situation but we will survive!:) I am just so ready to get into our house and paint everything the way I want it and put all of our stuff in and start using it and feel like a real married couple! HAHA!! Just keep us in your prayers during the next week, especially Fred because he is really nervous about the wedding day!:) I am just excited! Hope everyone is great! I LOVE YA'LL!

Sorry so long!

Things have been busy and absolutely crazy! I have had something every weekend but it has been fun! I am just really exhausted!:) I am doing a long term sub position right now so I am busy busy busy during the week and on the weekend. We only have 23 more days and I am so super excited! I talked to the realtor today and she said that the offer is in the final stage (whatever that means) so we should be hearing in the next couple of days about the house. We are probably going to have to just live with mama and daddy for a little while until we can close on the house. I think that Kim said it would probably take about 30 days to close. So maybe it will all be ready when we get back....WHO KNOWS??? I got so tickled the other day when I was doing the program because at the bottom it said Our new address and I just put GOD ONLY KNOWS!!!!:) But that is the truth God is in control! Thanks for all your prayers and support! Things are going pretty good!! Love all of you!!

PICTURES FROM OUR SHOWERS!!

Showers, Showers, Showers...so much fun!!

I am sorry it has been so long since I have written a post but I have just been super busy with student teaching coming to an end and everything. Fred and I had two showers two weekends ago. On Saturday, March 21, we had a "Honey-Do" Shower and Fred got lots of things to help out around the house like tools and stuff. We really got tickled because Fred was opening half the things and didn't know what they were and he was having to tell his mom so that she could write it down. It was so funny, I'm like Fred those are pliers!!:) Needless to say if Fred uses the tools then hopefully there is some sort of manual that comes with them. On Sunday, March 22 I had a bridal shower at Kelly Lacey's house in Commerce. It was a really nice shower and I got lots of great things. Mrs. Kelly's house is just absolutely beautiful and they had everything set up so pretty. The gifts were unwrapped so the guests just brought in the gifts and set them on the table and then I would walk around and look at them and have Kayla to write everything down. I really liked that better because everyone wasn't just sitting around staring at you:) We got to socialize a lot which I love of course!

Things are really going well we are just getting down to the wire. We only have 2 more months!! That is just so crazy but exciting! We have found a house that we love and we are making an offer on it as soon as the man that owns the house gets back from his honeymoon. I just pray that all of this works out. Now I just need a J-O-B!!! HOpe everyone is doing great! LOVE YOU ALL!!

Kitchen Shower

Fred and I had a kitchen shower in Hartwell on February 21st. It was so much fun and we got lots of great things to put in our "make believe" kitchen. If we only had a real kitchen we would be good to go!!:) We will some day...let's just pray it is before we get married!! But we really had a great time and the hostesses really did a great job with the food and decorations. THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE WONDERFUL HOSTESSES! I'm posting some pictures of the shower and I got to looking at them and Fred and I did not pose for one picture together and it was our first shower together. We have really got to do better next time! (We actually took one picture but we are sitting on the couch..no a very posed picture). I hope everyone is doing great! Sorry it has been so long since I posted last, I am just super busy with school and wedding stuff. THREE MORE MONTHS!!!!:) I love all of you!!

I LOVE.....

1. God-for being so very amazing and blessing me with such great things in life!
2.Family-because I really don't know what I would do without them. My mama and daddy do so much for all three of us and never ask for anything in return. My sister is amazing and I strive to be more like her every day. My brother is the best man I know and I pray that he finds a great girl! My aunts, uncles, and cousins for always supporting me and being there for everything.
3. Fred-for being my rock for the past three years. He is so amazing and I know that God had him picked out for me from the very beginning of my life. He is the most perfect person for me and I am so thankful to have him! I can't wait for us to start a family together! (just as soon as we move out of our card board box we are going to be living in:))
4. Friends-for being the greatest friends any girl could ever ask for. For always being here for me when I need them. I have had many friendships over the years and I am so thankful for every single one of them. I may not get to see all of my friends like I want to but they are still dear to me heart and I still love them so very much today and everyday!
5. Papa and Nanny-because they always love me no matter what! My nanny was one of the strongest women I know and I pray that I can be half as strong as she was and raise a great family! My Papa for taking on all the responsibilities of being MY ONLY PAPA and never caring that he wasn't "my real papa"!
6. My in-laws-for raising the man that brightens up my life. For supporting Fred and I in everything we do. Eric and Jen for being such great role models for Fred and I.
7. My nephews and soon to be neice-for being you!! Hudson, I love how grown up you are, the great big hugs you give me when I walk in the door, to hear you say Aunt Bevo, and when you get so excited about coming to Commerce! Walker, for the great big blue hugs that you give when I walk in the door, that you want Aunt Bevo to come over and play with you, that you like to do everything like Hudson! Cooper, that great big smile of yours and those fat little checks, that Fred always wants to give you a kiss, that you like for me to hold you! Baby Neice Dudish-I love that you are coming in to our family, that we get to spoil a little girl now, and I know I'm going to love when you say Aunt Bevo or reach out for me to hold you!

I LOVE ALL OF YOU FOR BEING SUCH A GREAT BIG PART OF MY LIFE!!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!

GACE

I didn't pass the GACE and it is just very discouraging!! I really wanted to pass it and be done with it so I could at least mark one thing of my list to worry about! I am just really stressed out with all that is going on right now. I really don't have time to add studying for the GACE every night on my list but I guess I'm going to have to. Piedmont College advised us not to take the GACE until we were finished with all of our methods classes...well that was stupid advice becasue I should have been taking it a long time ago so that I wouldn't have to be worried about that now. I just really need everyone to pray for me that God will give me patience and peace about everything that is going on right now. Pray that this next time I take this GACE I will pass it with flying colors or just PASS IT!!!:)

On the other hand, something actually about Fred and I. We are looking for a house in Commerce and praying that everything works out and we get one in a good neighborhood that we like and that would be great for our dogs and to one day start a family in. I just pray that one thing in my life would be for sure....it is just very stressful that everything that is coming up in the next year is so uncertain......like where I'm going to teach and where we are going to live (and those are TWO MAJOR THINGS)!! But I know that God has a plan for us and I just really need to learn to trust in him and not let this stuff get to me!

KEEP US IN YOUR PRAYERS!! I LOVE YA'LL!!
